Production of the beer wort with a mixing and a heating process that allows to obtain the optimal working conditions of the various enzymes, for the production of a beer wort rich in substances that are essential for the good performance of the yeasts in the fermentation phase.


Different solutions depending on the quantities to be produced, the timings required and the degree of automation needed. Starting from small artisan brewhouses, suitable for a first approach, up to the fully automatic professional brewhouses, with management of temperature ramps, filtration, product transfer and heat recovery.
