Group of plates in Aisi 316 for heat exchange. Polished and electro-clean plates complete with interlocking gaskets.

The following accessories are supplied with the heat exchanger:

  • Thermometers for temperature control.

  • Set of polished stainless steel pipes, completely removable on DIN 11851 fittings

  • Sanitary centrifugal feed pump with butterfly valve for regulating the product flow rate, flow rate indicator with minimum alarm

  • Magnetic flow meter.

  • Temperature probe series.

  • Electrical panel in stainless steel, complete with instrumentation necessary to control the pasteurization cycle.

  • no. 1 stainless steel frame with all the elements described here mounted in order to have a monobloc installation, on adjustable feet

 

Hot water circuit composed as follows:

 

STEAM

  • Brazed plate heat exchanger

  • Hot water circulation centrifugal pump

  • Modulating two-way valve

  • Steam circuit complete with modulating valve, pre-filter, condensate drain, manual shut-off valves

  • Insulated buffer complete with electrical resistances

Cold water circuit composed as follows:

 

  • Cold water circulation centrifugal pump

  • Three-way modulating valve

 

Series of automatisms and safety devices including:

 

  • no. 1 pasteurization temperature control and regulation device, PID control, with stainless steel temperature sensor and modulating output signal (IP converter). Two-way valve with pneumatic actuator (on hot water). 

  • no. 1 outlet product temperature control and regulation device, PID control, with stainless steel temperature sensor and modulating output signal (IP converter). Three-way valve with pneumatic actuator (on cold water). 

  • no. 1 automatic recycling device of the product in case of pasteurization failure or closed pasteurizer outlet (e.g. stop of the filler). Pneumatic three-way valve for feed pump suction return.

  • Sensor for lack of product in feed for recycling management and alarm signalling.
