The VEGA destemmer, due to its characteristics and flexibility of use, allows you to destemmer any type of grape, even in difficult harvest conditions, or with mechanically harvested grapes. Reliability and quality at the highest levels, these are the two concepts that summarize the innovations of the VEGA destemmer-crusher. Built entirely in Aisi 304 stainless steel. The motorization unit placed at the front of the machine, made mobile by means of gas pistons, allows the removal and the interchangeability of the shaft and the cage with extreme simplicity and in just a few minutes.

VEGA R ROLL SELECTO DESTEMMER (10-15-25)
Destemming has the purpose of separating the stems from the grapes to obtain a more harmonious and less tannic wine. For this purpose it is important to respect the integrity of the berry when separating it from the pedicel.
The VEGA R destemmer with ROLL SELECTO roller grader combines the efficient destemmer action of VEGA with the accurate grape selection of ROLL SELECTO. Destemming and selection with a single machine: space saving and single unloading of the stems.
