Direct expansion gas (R404A) scraped body cooler.

Built on a tubular bearing structure frame in AISI 304 stainless steel, placed on wheels or fixed supports depending on the model.

Single or double scraped body depending on the potential, consisting of:

​

  • AISI 304 stainless steel cylinder with gas passage cavity and approximately 10cm thick polyurethane foam insulation for perfect thermal insulation. Coated with satin AISI 304 sheet metal.  

  • Rotating shaft in AISI 304 stainless steel with scraping blades in non-toxic anti-wear plastic material suitable for contact with food liquids.

  • Coaxial type gearmotor, connected to the head of the scraped body through a quality joint and mechanical seal.

  • Removable inlet and outlet head for internal inspection with outlet head on shielded ball bearing.

  • Semi-hermetic compressor complete with built-in motor, oil heater, delayed Kriwan protection module and anti-vibration joints.

  • Air cooled condenser with copper tube heat exchanger and aluminum fins complete with fan. The condenser is normally mounted on the upper part of the machine, on request also executions with remote condenser.

  • Electric command and automatic control panel complete with digital thermostats and temperature probes, fuel pump control.

  • Inlet/outlet pipes, shut-off and regulation valves, visual inspection glasses.
